1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an educational institution (such as a school, college, or district), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Service—whether as a School Administrator, Teacher, Parent, or Student—you are required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account, including data entry and communications.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding and registration process.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security breach.

3. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree to use the Service exclusively for its intended educational and administrative purposes. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, COPPA).
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable within the school community.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of the Service or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other user accounts, or school databases.

4. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Data: The educational institution retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the student data, academic records, and institutional information uploaded to the Service.

Our Platform: The Service itself, including its original content, UI/UX design, software code, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Parusoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Parusoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Subscription and Billing

If your institution subscribes to a paid tier of Parusoft Schools, fees will be billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your specific contract or quote. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
